Growing up in North Carolina and spending summer vacations at the beaches in both North and South Carolina left a nostalgic spot in my heart, remembering the sand between the toes, crabs along the shoreline ,seaoats waving in the wind and salt air on my face. All of these things help when I am recreating that special place. Waterfowl and sea birds are an entertainment in themselves, running,chasing, wings flapping,diving and coming in for a landing.
